1.- I've never bought over internet. What about security?. How does it work?
Buy over internet is easy and safe than in a shop, because your credit card data goes directily to the bank, so you can buy
anonymously. The security system in the bank is performed by a secure server (SSL). If you want to check you are using a secure page, check these:
- The URL begins with https instead of http
- In your browser you can see a padlock while your are in that page
- If you are using Firefox, the url bar turns yellow
Our bank is Unicaja. When you are in the Unicaja website and you are being asked for you credit card data, you can check all those requirements. Additionally you
can check the Unicaja's Verisign certificate here.
2.- Who can watch my credit card data?
Only the bank - UNICAJA. We cannot. We do not receive your credit card info, only the transaction result. You can see a graphic with the full
system:
- User is sent to a secured Unicaja page (SSL)
- User sends his credit card data encripted to Unicaja
- Unicaja sends us the confirmation
- Unicaja sends the user back to our website
3.- Could my credit card be charged again?
No it couldn't. The payments are only one-time processing. So if you want to add more funds, you have to go to the bank again and authorize it.
What will appear in the transaction list of my bank?
In your bank bill you will see the word "STEA", the name of the company whom this videochat belongs to. Sometimes you can see the location added as STEA Málaga.
5.- If there's a problem, would my money be refunded?
If your credit have not been spent (totally or not), STEA will return back the total amount you purchased if there was any mistake (as a duplicate purchase)

6.- Is there another way to add funds?
All ways which you can send money from are valid if we can receive it. The problem is all transactions must be verified before add the credits to your account when
using alternative methods (but credit card). That means a delay for you (1-10 days).
You can send money by Wire Transfer or Check. Also you can send us money using your epassporte account or Paypal. In all these cases,
you must send us a message with the amount, and the account we must add funds at.
